West Kilbride Textile Trail

West Kilbride Textile Trail
Weaving West Kilbride Together

6th to 28th October 2018

The West Kilbride Textile Trail aims to Weave West Kilbride Together by winding routes throughout the village that are connected by the people and their history of West Kilbride.

This year we are starting out with our first route from The Barony Centre, through the Glen. Over time we aim to have a web of routes connecting the whole village together to the beach and down to Portencross.

We will be running workshops throughout the summer and autumn to create textile art that will be displayed along the route.

We are also wanting to collect your stories about West Kilbride too and would love to hear from you if you’ve got family history in the area, or even just why you’ve moved to the village.
