West Kilbride Community Centre
An impressive red sandstone building dating back to the1890's, and home to one of the busiest Community Centres in North Ayrshire.
It offers a full programme of Adult Education and boasts an Early Years Centre and gym.
West Kilbride Village Hall
One of our main social hubs in West Kilbride, offering 3 function rooms available for hire, including the main hall with a stage, ideal for concerts and shows.
The Village Hall is also home to the West Kilbride Museum (upstairs).
Community Roots
Previously the West Kilbride Community Support Group, Community Roots is a charitable organisation supporting and promoting positive mental health and physical well-being. They run the Village Larder, SHED and Community Garden.
Vertex
Vertex Visions is a volunteer-led community group that aims to strengthen community engagement through Arts and Culture, promoting inclusivity, bringing art to everyone.
CreativeWorks
CreativeWorks celebrate and share the skills of professional creatives living and working in West Kilbride. They support the village as a 'creative hub' and the efforts of The Barony Centre to be a focus for these activities.
Showcraft Making Performance
Showcraft, a project of Kickstart Opera, is a weekly class held at The Barony Centre exploring the craft of theatre - encouraging our talented young people to engage with craft, music and acting and production.
Coffee Cadenzas
Coffee Cadenzas, a project of Kickstart Opera, is a community concert series, born in West Kilbride at The Barony Centre in 2023.
Coffee Cadenzas invites musicians from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland to share their music with the local community surrounded by artwork and a cup of coffee.
